To achieve QuickRewards Elite Membership status, you must meet ONE of the following qualifications:
Have completed 75 or more surveys of any type (OTX, Greenfield, and targeted) through QuickRewards in the last 3 months (quarter)
OR
Have made five purchases (at least 3 must be over $10) through QuickRewards in the last 3 months (quarter)
To maintain Elite Membership, members must continue to meet the requirements of either 5 purchases (at least 3 must be over $10) or 75 surveys (combination of OTX, Greenfield and targeted) each quarter.

Terms:
1.Ebay and iTunes orders have to be over $10 to count toward the 5 required orders to maintain Elite membership. For all other merchants, at least 3 out of the 5 required orders must be over $10 before shipping/taxes/coupons.
2.Orders and surveys are counted toward the requirements of the quarter in which they were completed (although due to crediting delays they may not credit until after several days after the quarter ends).
3.Failure to meet the requirements for one quarter will result in a loss of Elite privileges for the next quarter. If you meet the requirements again, you will be reinstated into the Elite program the following quarter. Grace periods are only given on a case-by-case basis upon request.
4.Surveys that are manually credited do not count towards the 75 required surveys to maintain the membership.
5.Quarter 1 is defined as JAN/FEB/MARCH, Quarter 2 is APRIL/MAY/JUNE, Quarter 3 is JULY/AUG/SEPT and Quarter 4 is OCT/NOV/DEC.
6.Shopping orders that are returned or canceled will not count towards the minimum required to maintain the membership.
7.QuickRewards reserves the right to cancel the Elite membership program, change its program benefits or requirements, or ban a member from the Elite program any time.
*A minimum of 5 shopping orders per quarter is required to maintain Elite membership status. Beyond those 5 orders, the following bonuses will be awarded: For your sixth through tenth order* each quarter, Elite members will receive a $0.25 bonus to their account. Each additional order* during the quarter will result in a $0.50 bonus to your account. To qualify for Elite status, or for the Elite bonus promotions, an order must be $10 or more before tax and shipping, except for gift card orders, which must be $50 or more. Ebay purchases are excluded.
