Missing survey credits must be submitted for investigation no less than 48 hours, and no more than 72 hours, after survey completion. This window ensures that the survey site has time to automatically credit your account, and it gives QR technical support time to work with the member to investigate possible reasons for non-crediting. Please be aware that QR is not paid for surveys that do not automatically credit, and while manual credit may be awarded as a courtesy, members will be asked to work with QR technical support to troubleshoot the cause of the problem. Courtesy manual credit will not be awarded (nor are we obligated to do so) for surveys completed more than 72 hours prior with no exceptions. It is your responsibility to alert us about missing credits within the timeframe above. If a courtesy manual credit will be given, it will only be rewarded for a maximum of 5 missing surveys (total surveys you completed not just from a specific router/individual survey) with absolutely no exceptions. If you are missing more than 5 surveys (total surveys you completed not just from a specific router/individual survey) you must stop doing all surveys on our site until we finish troubleshooting because as stated above, if a manual credit is issued, it will only be for 5 surveys maximum. If we see that a specific member is constantly having issues and is frequently contacting us for manual credits we have the right to ask that member to no longer participate in specific survey(s) or our program.
